During the registration process and in use of Services, Company may ask you to provide certain information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). This information can include and it's not limited to your name, company name, company website, address, phone number and email address. If you register or log in using third-party services you understand that personal information you have previously provided to that service can be transmitted into your Data Record Science account. Furthermore, we may ask you to provide us with and collect your billing name, billing address and credit card number in order to process charging the Subscription. In addition, this information may be used and stored by a third-party payment processor, in which case you will be timely notified. You may at any time access, update or delete the Personal Information you've provided to the Company. The information you can view, update or delete through your user profile may change as the Site and Services change. You cannot remove Personal Information required to keep your account active (e.g. your user name and email address). You may request deletion of your account by sending a written request to the Company at email@example.com. Company reserves the right to retain some of your information after your account is deleted.
Company will also collect and record information provided by your browser in interaction to the Site and Services including but not limited to your browser type, IP address, "cookies" and page request. "Cookies" are small data file, identifiers that will be transferred to your computer through your browser that will allow the Company to get insight in user activities on the Site. We will use this information to monitor Services, for technical administration and to improve Site and Service. You can change cookie preferences on your browser, however, this may prevent you from using some functionalities of Site and Service.
We may include web beacons, which are also known as clear GIFs, Web bugs or pixel tags, and are often used in combination with cookies, so we can generate statistics about how our site is used. Web beacons are not used to access personally identifiable information. Unlike cookies, you cannot decline Web beacons. However, setting your browser to decline cookies or to prompt you for a response will keep Web beacons from tracking your activity.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain and improve our Site and Service, send you marketing communications, respond to your queries and requests. If you do not wish to receive any marketing communications or other e-mails from us, please opt out from our mailing lists, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Company may share your personal information with affiliated businesses that may provide service to you through Site and only to the extent that it is related to such services. Company reserves the right to employ third party companies and individuals to perform certain tasks on its behalf and in that case has the right to share your personal information in order to provide services to you. Personal information shared with such third parties can be used by them only for purpose of performing those tasks.
You accept to be responsible for preserving the integrity of your password. Company will use reasonable safeguards to protect your account and all information submitted under that account. However, unauthorized use may compromise the security of your information at any time. In case of important breach of security or integrity of stored Personal information Company will notify you and will use all available and legal means to restore the reasonable safety of data system.
