GETTING STARTED
We ask you to define a company type during sign up so we can customize the features to best suit your needs. You can choose from 4 company types:
Once selected, the company type cannot be changed.
Depending on the company type you selected you will be able to associate your company with one or multiple online stores.
It may happen that we do not have any reports for your online store yet. Please contact us if you would like us to check your data.
Online Advertiser (Store)
If you selected an online advertiser (store) as your company type to find a store and request an access you have to search for a store URL.
If there is no company associated with the URL you searched for a "Register a new company for this store" button will appear. Type in your company information and your are almost there - our administrators have to review your request and grant you an access. Further instructions will be sent to the email address your provided us with.
Multiple Online Advertiser (Store)
If your company owns more then one online store then before requesting an access to a specific store you have to have a registered company. Please first try to find it in our system, by searching for a company name or company URL. If the company doesn't already exist in our system you will have to register it by filling out the displayed form.
After your account is verified you can register a new store. To do so, search for a store from a list of stores we have reports for and select the store by clicking on the “Register” button. Our administrators have to review your request and grant you an access. Further instructions will be sent to the email address you provided us with.
Multiple Online Advertiser can request access for more than store. Just click on the “Register a new store” link from the user menu, and select a store you want to request access to.
Affiliate Program Manager
If your company manages a multiple online stores then before requesting an access to a specific store you have to have a registered company. Please first try to find it in our system, by searching for a company name or company URL. If the company doesn’t already exist in our system you will have to register it by filling out the displayed form.
After your account is verified you can register a new store. To do so, search for a store from a list of stores we have reports for and select the store by clicking on the “Register” button. Our administrators have to review your request and grant you an access. Further instructions will be sent to the email address you provided us with.
Affiliate Program Manager can request access for more than one store. Just click on the “Register a new store” link from the user menu, and select a store you want to request access to.
Affiliate Network
If your company is an affiliate network then before accessing reports for your data you have to have a registered network. Please select one of the offered networks. If your network is already registered then you need to request access from the account manager. If the network is not yet registered you will be asked to fill out the displayed form to create an account for a network.
After your account is verified you will automatically get access to reports for your data.
It may happen that a company or an online store already has an account associated with it. In that case, we will display a company type, company name and status and several options for you to proceed.
If you know who the account manager is, for example the company was registered by a co-worker of yours, you only have to click on the “Request access” button. The request will be sent to the account manager who has to approve it.
If you believe an unauthorized person has access to your online store(s) reports please report it to us by clicking on the “Claim” button. Our administrators will look into your claims, resolve the ownership issue and notify you.
Your account - You are in, now what?
All approved, rejected and unresolved access requests are listed on your “Members” page.
Users with approved request each have a role assigned which controls the functionality available to them. There are 3 possible roles:
To approve access to a new user or to change the role of an existing user select one of the options listed in the “Role” drop-down menu.
To remove the granted access to your company data select “Rejected” option from the “Role” drop-down menu.
Dashboard
Once you’ve been granted an access to an online store’s reports a dashboard with all store metrics and statistics is available for viewing. Not only that, but you can choose between viewing reports in list or table mode.
The dashboard contains four sections that can help you analyze the data and determine your priorities.
General stats tab shows the top level metrics for the online store/affiliate network:
Stats per check section shows all the checks performed on your data and the counts for each field and for total records. We will also show you the number of suggestions that we have found for a field value.
If you want to see all the records that have a particular issue found you can either click on the counters shown as a link or you can apply filters in the records list.
The checks we perform belong to 4 categories which can be seen in the Stats per check category section.
Match histogram tab displays a graph with matches distribution, i.e. shown is how many records times were records matched.
Filters
You can remove these filters at any time and revert to the default view where all records are shown.
Customize records view
Click on the column visibility button to see the list of all columns displayed and unselect the ones you do not want shown in your current session anymore. You can always reset the columns and revert to the default view.
How can you resolve reported issues?
We generate suggestions for you by matching your product records with other records for the same product from different stores. All discrepancies are reported to you and the values we found in matched records are suggested to you. You can either choose one from the offered list, or manually edit the value.
We can generate suggestions only for the fields that contain values in records that were matched to yours.
You can always choose not to get notified anymore of the issues found in specific field in specific record, if you do not agree with us that the reported field has an issue. We strongly advise you to use this option carefully.
