Quality Product Data means means matched product records, i.e. one product offer is matched to other product offers from different online stores including product variants. Having matched product records enables us to recognize incorrect and incomplete product data and help you increase the quality of your product data.
Quality Product Data is a synonym for quality traffic, increased competitiveness, higher conversion and increased revenue. Enabling your users to make an informed shopping decision by providing them with rich and correct product data will improve your brand reputation.
When a manufacturer or a brand introduce a new product a product record is created and made available to stores via different channels. Each store then modifies the product record to include specific store information, i.e. shipping time and costs, special discounts, SKU and add or modify brand's product description. All these changes made to the original product record are propagated to affiliate marketing networks, aggregators... thus creating a mixture of correct and incorrect data.
Validating the data manually is time consuming. Doing it automatically requests big volumes of data and complex algorithms.
At this moment we are gathering data from multiple affiliate marketing networks. We are constantly working on adding more sources.
We have more than 700 online stores and more than 130,000,000 product offers. As we keep adding more product data sources and improving our system, the number of online stores and product offers keeps increasing too.
It may happen that we do not have any reports generated for your online store. Please contact us if you would like us to check your data.
We collect the product data from multiple online sources and try to match each product offer from one store to product offers from other stores. If we find a match, i.e. multiple product offers for one product from different online stores, we may also find the discrepancies between product offers.
We report the found discrepancies as issues that you need to look at and resolve if possible.
Currently we perform several checks on product images, product name, brand name, model number, UPC, SKU, retail price, sale price, description, store name and product url.
The checks we perform belong to 4 categories which can be seen on a Dashboard page.
Your dashboard contains all the statistics and detailed records view. To see all the records containing a specific issue you can either click on the appropriate link in the statistics list or table view, or you can apply one of the available filters for a record view.
When we identify incorrect and/or incomplete data in your product offers we try to find correct and complete values and generate a list of suggestions for you to choose from. Each suggestion has a number of product offers it appears in, which represents the probability that the suggested value is the most appropriate one for your product offer.
Matching product offers from multiple sources allows us to discover incorrect and/or incomplete data. Other sources may have the correct and/or complete data and if so we generate the list of suggestions so you can enrich your data too.
In order to get the access to full set of features and reports you need to create an account and associate it with one or more online stores or affiliate networks that you own and/or manage.
You can see changes in your reports as soon as you fix or choose to ignore reported issue(s).
If your product data is changed and the new issues arise we will update the reports as soon as we are aware of such changes.
Even after all the incorrect data is fixed and incomplete data is enriched, new issues may arise.
We continuously monitor your data and notify you of all important product data quality changes.
